Hi! I’m Mackenzie Bearden! I’m a firefighter wife, mom to 2, and a fitness and workout lover. I am a former gymnastics coach and former gymnast. That being said, fitness and health have always been a part of my life. My blog is about all things fitness, workout ideas, and healthy lifestyle tips!

In October of 2022 I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I was so excited! I never struggled with my weight since I grew up doing gymnastics and loving working out. I thought I would be one of those “belly only” pregnant girls. I was wrong. I ended up gaining 60 pounds. I thought I would lose all the weight quickly postpartum and be back to my old self. Then I ended up pregnant again with my son at just 4 months postpartum. I was basically pregnant for 2 years straight. Crazy. After having my son, I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight, losing 50 lbs by 4 months postpartum!

I want to help you get the results I got! I will teach and share with you workouts that actually got me results, healthy snack and meal options, and my favorite workout tips! Sidenote, I achieved my results working out AT HOME only, with a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band. That’s it!
